I'm Trisynine (rhymes with asinine, just like as I tend to be). You can refer to me as Tris or Dom, I don't really like being called Trisy. I draw strange nonhuman things and I make experimental music. The personal art I make is all involved with stories, lore, and worldbuilding that I have been fairly quiet about and constructing for over a decade. I started drawing digitally when I was around seven years old. I've always liked surreal and different things, something new to see or hear, so that's what I strive to make and share with you. Lots of different things inspire me in regards to my art, so it's hard to pinpoint what exactly. I enjoy anything fantastical, surreal, and abstract. Metaphysics, esotericism, sci-fi, and psychology all interest me a lot and I like to put these things into my creative works.

I got exposed to the Internet at a young age, how terrible! Yet, this was the true beginning of my creative escapades. I was around when YTPMVs were hugely popular and I thought they were amazing. I loved the way stupid things were chopped and cut up into something creative and musically artistic. This exposure to new music inspired me deeply, so I decided to start listening to music while drawing in MS Paint and my dinky lined-paper “sketchbooks”. I would do this for hours almost every day. I would not be drawing as I am now without this music to profoundly inspire me. I really enjoy music, probably more so than art. I still listen to music every time I draw for inspiration, such as: breakcore, DnB, jungle, IDM, plunderphonics, glitch. etc. I enjoy anything unique and different sounding.

I like to experiment a lot with the music I make, not really having a specific genre to things, just doing whatever I think sounds interesting. I wanted to make music so badly that I would compose pieces on Mario Paint Composer and write out music by hand because I didn’t even know what a DAW was. At the age of 13, I eventually got my hands on a copy of FL Studio and it's been downhill from there.

With having my brain mindfucked since single-digit-age by the Internet, I decided to learn its visual language and make a site because it gave me Stockholm syndrome. I mostly did so because I don't like the lack of customization of Carrd and Toyhouse, and I hate the enshittification of everything. I miss my beloved old Internet and I want to get that feeling of fun back! (I am stuck in the 2010's) I plan on using this site to go more in-depth about my lore and characters, maybe even host a webcomic here someday.

The most important thing of all to me is that I get to express myself and hopefully people will understand. I don't want to stifle myself anymore, I've had enough of that. What's the point of being an artist when you're forced to be stifled? My sense of humor is brash and crude, I'm very sardonic and I can be hotheaded! I really hate censorship, both by big companies and people's own personal issues. I'm not here to have an audience or make everyone comfortable, I'm here to have fun. If I don't owe you money I don't owe you shit. I like to think for myself- SHUT THIS GUY UP WE DO NOT ALLOW INDIVIDUAL THOUGHT
